Virinder Malhotra is the Chairman of Springdales Educational Society. He is a qualified Electrical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He has served in the JK Power Development Department for 35 years and retired as an Executive Director of Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC).

Rashmee Malhotra (Vice Chairman) after completing M.A. in History in 1973 and subsequently M.Ed. in 1978 from Delhi University, she decided to turn her interest in education into a profession. Hence in 1983, she started Spring Dales School in her ancestral home which is located at Canal Road in the heart of Jammu city. Altogether 30 years of experience as an educator has given her opportunities to experiment with teaching curriculum and gain a deeper understanding of the learning requirements of children of different age groups.

Gaurav Malhotra (Director) underwent schooling at Welham Boys' School, Dehradun which is considered to be one of the finest boarding schools of India. Later he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. Thereafter in 2009 he pursued MSc in Sustainable Energy and Environment from Cardiff University, U.K. Since then he has been working in the area of Education and Renewable Energy.
